Police Chief
The Town of Franconia, N.H., a rural town of 1000 full time residents located in northern New Hampshire, is seeking a Police Chief. The Chief will lead 2 full time officers as well as part time officers and report to the Board
of Selectmen. The Town seeks an individual with leadership skills and effective police/community relations plus a desire to work and live in a rural setting comprised of small towns and villages. An Associates Degree or its equivalent and a minimum of 10 years full time police experience is required. Candidate must possess or complete N.H. Police Standards and Training Council full-time requirements for a law enforcement certification.
Salary commensurate with experience and an excellent Town benefit package and N.H. retirement program.
