PHILOSOPHY
Provide an equal opportunity for all
Teach fundamental skills
Promote teamwork
Provide physical and mental challenges
Enjoyment and desire to play the game
Show commitment and responsibility
Provide positive role models
Equal opportunity does not translate into equal playing time as many factors are considered.
Dedication and hard work get rewarded more than skill level.
A successful team is one in which every member improves as a player and person. Winning is important, however, it is not the most important part of success; it is only part of the journey.
