ATTENTION FRANCONIA RESIDENTS
The Franconia Planning Board will hold a public hearing regarding the town’s Zoning Map located in the Franconia Zoning Ordinance on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025, in the Franconia Town Hall meeting room at 6:00pm. The Planning Board has worked with the North Country Council (NCC) this year to produce a draft Zoning Map to replace the current antiquated one located in the Franconia Zoning Ordinance, Appendix C, pg. 54. The point of the reworking of the map is to provide a more detailed, easier to read, draft Zoning Map of Franconia. NO ZONING CHANGES were made. An electronic copy of the draft Zoning Map can be located on the town website with this posting (see link below). Additionally, a hard copy of the draft Zoning Map will be available to review also at Town Hall. DRAFT ZONING MAP |
